*General Provisions**

1.1. These regulations define the terms and conditions for booking and renting a holiday cottage located at Nogat 29Y, 86-320 Nogat.

1.2. Making a reservation is tantamount to reading and accepting the provisions of these Regulations.

1.3. The rental agreement is concluded at the moment the deposit is paid by the Tenant.

1.4. The Tenant undertakes to comply with the regulations, social norms, and good manners.

**Reservation and Payment**

2.1. Reservations can be made by phone, email, or through the form on the website.

2.2. The preliminary reservation must be confirmed by a deposit payment (bank transfer, Blik) of 500 PLN within 2 days of making the reservation.

2.3. Failure to make the payment within the above deadline will result in the cancellation of the preliminary reservation.

2.4. The remaining amount for the stay is to be paid by the Tenant in cash or by transfer on the day of arrival when collecting the keys.

2.5. On the day of arrival, a cash deposit equivalent to one night’s stay is collected, which is refunded on the day of departure after checking the cottage.

**Accommodation and Stay Rules**

3.1. Check-in is from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. It is possible to change the check-in and check-out times after prior arrangement with the Landlord.

3.2. Pets are not allowed in the cottage. In case of violation of this ban, the Tenant will incur a contractual penalty of 2000 PLN.

3.3. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the cottage. Special smoking areas equipped with ashtrays are designated in the garden. The cottage is equipped with carbon monoxide and smoke detectors. In case of unjustified activation of the detector, the Tenant will incur a contractual penalty of 2000 PLN.

3.4. Organizing bachelorette and bachelor parties is prohibited. In case of violation of this ban, the Tenant will incur a contractual penalty of 2000 PLN.

3.5. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. In case of violation of this ban, the Tenant will incur a contractual penalty of 2000 PLN.

**Additional Services and Costs**

4.1. The cost of electricity consumption is calculated based on actual usage and is payable additionally.

4.2. Use of the sauna, jacuzzi, bicycles, SUP board, and fishing boat is free of charge during the entire stay.

4.3. Firewood for the bonfire, sauna, and jacuzzi is provided to the Tenant.

**Processing of Personal Data**

5.1. By making a reservation, the Tenant consents to the processing of personal data solely for the purpose of fulfilling the reservation. The Tenant has the right to access and update their personal data.

**Civil Liability and Fire Safety Regulations**

6.1. The Tenant is liable for any damage caused to the holiday cottage.

6.2. The Tenant is obliged to comply with fire safety regulations throughout the rental period.

6.3. External monitoring is installed on the premises to ensure safety.

6.4. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for minors. Children stay on the premises and use the equipment only under the supervision of parents or legal guardians. Parents or legal guardians bear full responsibility for the safety of children and undertake to supervise them without fail.

6.5. The Tenant declares that they have the ability to light the stove and undertake to comply with applicable fire safety regulations. In the absence of the ability to light the stove, the Tenant undertakes to refrain from using it, considering that the cottage is equipped with underfloor heating, air conditioning, and infrared heaters.

6.6. The Tenant declares that they have the ability to operate the gas grill and undertake to comply with applicable regulations. In the absence of the ability to operate the gas grill, the Tenant undertakes to refrain from using it.

**Use of Water Equipment, Bicycles, Sauna, and Jacuzzi, and Other Attractions Available on the Premises (e.g., children’s playground, grill, bonfire)**

7.1. The Tenant uses water equipment, bicycles, sauna, and jacuzzi, and other attractions available on the premises at their own risk.

7.2. Before using the equipment, the Tenant is obliged to check its technical condition.

7.3. In case of any irregularities, the Tenant should refrain from using the equipment and immediately inform the property owner.
