A Comfortable Holiday Home for All Seasons
We offer our guests a comfortable, year-round holiday home with an area of 80 m², situated on a spacious, fully landscaped 1,500 m² plot. This retreat has been designed with a focus on peaceful relaxation, comfort, and a close connection to nature.

The ground floor features an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom with a shower, and access to a large terrace – perfect for morning coffee, shared meals, or unwinding in the evening.

The upper floor houses three bedrooms and a toilet:

two bedrooms, each with a comfortable 160 × 200 cm continental bed,
one bedroom with two 90 × 200 cm single beds.

The house can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, with 2 continental beds, 2 single beds, and 2 additional fold-out beds available. Children under the age of 5 who sleep with their parents are not counted toward the maximum number of guests.

Comfort in Any Weather
We have ensured that the home remains pleasant throughout every season. The entire ground floor features underfloor heating, while a wood-burning stove in the living room provides extra warmth and a cozy, unique atmosphere. Air conditioning ensures a refreshing coolness during summer days and helps maintain a comfortable temperature all year round. The bedrooms in the attic are equipped with infrared heaters. For your comfort, every window is equipped with a roller blind and a mosquito net, ensuring you can enjoy privacy, a peaceful night’s sleep, and carefree relaxation.

Wi-Fi and a space for remote work
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the cottage, allowing you to stay online whenever you need to.

If you wish to combine leisure with work, we have provided comfortable desks for remote work in two of the upstairs rooms. You can focus on your tasks in peace, and once you’re finished, immediately return to relaxing surrounded by nature.
