The house has an open living room with a kitchen, a spacious bathroom with a shower, and a large terrace on the ground floor. On the upper floor, there are 3 rooms: two bedrooms with continental beds 160×200, one bedroom with two beds 90×200, and a toilet.

The house can accommodate up to 8 people (2 single beds, 2 continental beds, 2 extra beds). Children under 3 years old sleeping with their parents are not counted towards the maximum number of guests.

Underfloor heating is available throughout the ground floor to ensure comfort during autumn and winter days. The living room on the ground floor features a wood-burning stove and air conditioning, which provides pleasant coolness on hot days and helps maintain an optimal temperature throughout the year. Infrared heaters are installed in the attic rooms.
